Robot vacuums do a lot of work, and their consumable parts wear out. Replacing them on schedule keeps suction strong, floors truly clean and your robot running for years. Here’s a simple guide.
Filters – every 2 to 3 months
Filters trap fine dust and protect the motor. Rinse washable filters weekly and replace them every 2–3 months (sooner with pets). Browse replacement filters.
Main & side brushes – every 6 to 12 months
Brushes lose stiffness and tangle with hair over time, reducing pickup. Swap main and side brushes every 6–12 months, or sooner if they look worn.
Mop pads – when worn
Washable microfiber mop pads last many washes, but replace them once they stop cleaning evenly or start fraying. Keeping a few spares means you always have a fresh pad ready.
Dust bags – as needed
Auto-empty dust bags should be changed when full to keep the dock hygienic and odor-free — usually every 30–60 days.
